We assess remaining teeth, gums and bone in 3D and explain whether a full-arch bridge is realistic — or whether dentures, grafting or staged implants would be more predictable.
Written, itemised quote
You receive a plan covering the implants, temporary and final bridge, extractions if needed, and any grafting. Nothing is booked until you have had time to read it.
Placement and temporary teeth
Implants are placed to the plan, under local anaesthetic. A temporary bridge can often restore appearance while the fixtures integrate with bone.
Final bridge and cleaning
Once integration is confirmed, the definitive bridge is fitted. We show you how to clean around it — that habit decides how long the work lasts.

What is All-on-4?
All-on-4 is a full-arch implant method that supports a fixed bridge on four (sometimes more) implants. At York House Dental Practice in West Byfleet it is planned with a CBCT scan so we can see bone volume before recommending it.

How long does All-on-4 treatment take?
Planning, extraction if needed, implant placement and a temporary bridge can be sequenced over a short number of visits. The final bridge is fitted once the implants have integrated. Your dentist will map the timeline before you commit.
Who provides implant treatment at York House?
Implant care is provided by GDC-registered dentists at our West Byfleet practice, including clinicians with implant training. You will meet the dentist responsible for your case at consultation.
Does All-on-4 hurt?
Placement is carried out under local anaesthetic, so you should feel pressure rather than pain. Tenderness and swelling for a few days is common. Sedation can be discussed for nervous patients or longer surgical visits where it is clinically appropriate.
How do I clean All-on-4 teeth?
The bridge stays in. You clean around the implants with the brushes and aids we recommend, plus regular hygiene visits. Plaque left at the gum line is the main long-term risk — the same discipline as any implant, on a larger scale.
